RETURN POLICY

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product is produced and shipped. If the order is cancelled prior to production, you will get a full refund.  If the order is cancelled after production and prior to shipment, you will be refunded the purchase price minus a $3 restocking fee.  We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped (refer to return policy).

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 natural days after delivery of the product.  To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at support@greymakers.com to make sure you send the package to the correct address.

All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your parcel. If you have returned your items via a tracked courier service, please track your item before contacting Customer Service to be sure your item has been received by us. We will send a confirmation email once your return has been finalized.

Exchanges can be made for different sizes or colors.  Customer assumes all shipping costs and $3 restocking fee for returned/exchanged items. 

 

Notes

  • Custom-order or personalised items may not be returned or exchanged.

  • If a return is caused by the consumer, consumer is responsible for the original and return shipping fees. The specific fee is be based on the shipping company you choose.

  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs.  Please contact customer service at support@greymakers.com for a return shipping label.

  • Because Greymakers is a made-to-order company, we do apply a $3 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges, except where products are damaged or otherwise faulty. Additional fees may be applied to Canadian orders.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on your payment method.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank /credit card account and/or contact their customer support.  Refunds often require additional processing time before being posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@greymakers.com.
